2. The bed body is made of Q195 cold-rolled carbon steel tube, with a static maximum load capacity of 240KG

5. Metal surface treatment is completed in one go using an automatic electrostatic powder coating production line, with the surface being sandblasted, degreased, phosphated twice, etc., before electrostatic powder coating, to extend the service life of the hospital bed. All powder is antibacterial powder.
6. Back anti-slip design, when lifting the back, the back surface of the bed will move towards the center, allowing for a sitting position without tilting to the side;

Side rails: D-shaped aluminum alloy handrail, surface hardening treatment, 5 aluminum alloy rail supports, upper and lower connecting parts are formed by one-time stamping of steel parts, ≥ thickness 2.0mm, the switch is carefully designed to ensure long-term safety of use, equipped with anti-loosening fasteners, wear-resistant, not deformed, can be retracted and laid flat, retracted slightly higher than the bed surface to prevent the mattress from shifting

Casters: 5-inch quiet casters, four-wheel braking, good soundproofing effect, strong braking power, flexible and reliable rotation, resistant to corrosion, dust, and hair entanglement, the casters are firmly assembled with the bed frame, there will be no relative sliding after braking, convenient for pushing and controlling, with oil-resistant, wear-resistant, drug-resistant, and chemical-resistant properties, ensuring the service life of the casters, with oil-resistant, water-resistant, drug-resistant, and mold-resistant properties, as well as good shock absorption and noise reduction, the casters are equipped with precision bearings inside, reducing noise and improving the smoothness of the casters
